Activation | Video In Motion + MMI in Motion

Remote activation of the Video In Motion (VIM) feature which allows videos to continue playing at speed.  The MMI In Motion allows all areas of the MMI to be used while traveling at speed.  Available for newer models listed below including the 2024+ models with SFD2 security.

*Note that use of this product may be prohibited by law in your country, state, region and should only be used within laws and regulations that govern these items.  Ensure that these products are only used in an appropriate and safe manner that does not distract the driver.

VAS Interface Purchase - In the event that a future dealership visit wipes the activation this can be re-activated at no labor cost for '16-'23 models. The VAS interface is required for re-activating after a dealership visit that removes this functionality so it can be beneficial to purchase that interface for easier future re-activation.

VAS Interface Rental - If you choose to rent the VAS interface a $300 deposit will be held until the interface is returned.  Once the interface is returned within 15 days from date of departure the $300 deposit will be voided entirely. Note that VAS rentals are only available within North America.

Already Own or Have Access to a Genuine VAS6154A Interface - Select this option only if you have a VAS6154A interface that was supplied by Europrice or a VAS6154A interface that does not require third party drivers to function. Shipping costs for this product will be voided when the order is processed.

Re-Activation - In the event that a dealership wipes the activation(s) during a service or repair free re-activation is available for '16-'23 models for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. Due to the extreme complexity of SFD2 re-activation for '24+ models the re-activation process is the cost of the SFD2 unlock.

*Note that a Windows, Android or Linux equipped laptop/device with a USB-A port is required. Activation cannot be completed with a Mac laptop. Activation requires a stable non-cellular wireless connection while the laptop is in your vehicle during the remote process.

*Note this is a non returnable/refundable item once activation has been performed.
