Europrice LLC will always do the best to serve you with the utmost professionalism and provide you with everything that you may need. Europrice LLC does however have several policies regarding purchasing, so please make certain you understand all of these policies before placing an order. These terms and conditions must be agreed to place an order through this website.
DUE TO PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARD POLICIES ALL CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS WILL BE ASSESSED AT LEAST A 3% FEE.
ALL CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% STOCKING FEE - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
ALL ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS OR CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS.

Shipping costs on all orders is the responsibility of the buyer and all items will have a shipping cost added upon checkout. This can be estimated by viewing the cart after you have added items by clicking the Estimate Shipping & Tax link below the Grand Total. If you are from a region that is not covered by the shipping estimator the shipping cost will be quoted to you via email after you place your order.
With such a large number of items being available many items will ship directly from Europe or their manufacturer when ordered. Generally delivery times for European delivery items is 2-3 weeks. All duty charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery times on orders will be emailed to each customer at the time of order or can be checked prior to ordering. Most aftermarket items and those shipped manufacturer direct will ship approximately 2-3 days of being ordered unless a backorder exists.
All pricing is subject to change at any time. Pricing accuracy is maintained at the highest level, but errors and pricing changes can occur especially with a fluctuating currency exchange rate. Incorrect pricing on the website will not be honored and prior to fulfilling any order the customer will receive notification of pricing changes. If a price is inaccurate at the time of an order the customer can choose to fund the difference to maintain the order or cancel for a full refund.
When ordering Europrice LLC asks that customers understand that they are committing to a purchase which requires items to be procured specifically to their order. Orders requesting cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis. Cancellations are subject to a 30% stocking fee due to the nature of the items being sold. There are no cancellations available for specialty or special order items.
Items may be returned for a period up to 30 days with a valid return authorization provided by Europrice LLC. Returned items are subject to a 30% stocking fee. Returned items must have a valid reason for being returned that is cleared with Europrice LLC. No returns on electrical items, turbochargers, engine components or any item that has been installed for any reason. No returns on special order items under any circumstances. All shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise by Europrice LLC.
Items shipped will cover basic insurance unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Customers must inspect items within 1 week (7 days) from date of arrival to ensure no damage has occurred or items have been lost, beyond this time frame no assistance is available with insurance claims. Carriers and shipping agents are held responsible for any/all shipping damages and lost items. Europrice LLC will assist any customer that has received damaged goods or any customer with lost items, though Europrice LLC will not send replacement items until a resolution with any insurance claim has occurred or the customer has paid in full for replacement items. If any damaged has occurred in shipping please contact the carrier (DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc) immediately to initiate an insurance claim. Please keep all packaging including all internal packaging materials. When insurance claim items are to be picked up the package must be EXACTLY as it was when it arrived which can include rewrapping items in packaging materials and preparing the package as it arrived. If the package is not prepared as it arrived in all likelihood the claim will be denied and no new items will be provided at no cost. It is essential with a claim that items are packaged exactly as they arrive.
Items delayed from delivery due to unforeseen circumstances will be delivered in the timeliest manner possible. Cancellations will only be available for a full refund or credit before items have shipped. If items have shipped policies regarding returns then become applicable. Special order items delayed from delivery will not be granted a refund unless specified by Europrice LLC.
Items purchased through this website are all intended for off-road use only. Customers accept that all items purchased through Europrice LLC are intended for off-road use only. Fitment of non-factory original safety, braking, lighting or any other non-factory original equipment is solely at the customer's discretion and any injury/death resulting from fitment is solely the customer's responsibility. Any situation arising from or liability occurring from the use of any item purchased from Europrice LLC is solely the customers responsibility.
Warranties from the manufacturer of any item is extended to the purchasing customer if one applies. Europrice LLC offers no warranty on any items purchased through this website. Items damaged during installation or any time after installation carry no warranty. Items such as electrical, turbochargers, camshafts, and other engine parts do not carry any warranty. Labor costs with installing or removing items for warranty will not be covered. Each warranty incidence will be handled in a case by case basis.
Europrice LLC is not liable for damages arising from the purchase, sale, installation, modification, use or fitment of products sold. All customers must use reputable installers for installation of all items sold by Europrice LLC. Europrice LLC holds liability only for the value of the product sold. Items must be installed as intended and any use otherwise releases Europrice LLC from further liability. Items manufactured by a third party and sold through Europrice LLC will result in zero liability for Europrice LLC, contact the third party for claims or issues arising from standard use of third party product. Removal of all or partial new car warranties due to installed items purchased from Europrice LLC will result in zero liability for Europrice LLC. Customers must familiarize themselves with the product, it's safe and intended use and understand that all items are to be used in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
In the event a dispute shall arise between any customer(s) and Europrice LLC, it is hereby agreed that the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and judgment may be entered thereon. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrator’s award or fails to comply with arbitrator’s award, the other party is entitled of costs of suit including a reasonable attorney’s fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
Refusal of Service
Europrice LLC reserves the right to refuse service to customers who are threatening, aggressive or otherwise unable to conduct themselves in a rational manner. Europrice LLC also reserves the right to require bank transfers for higher value orders or any order where a customer is unable to provide proof of identification, a confirmed delivery address, signed authorization or proof of ownership of payment method.
