Activation | C8 Matrix LED

A little disappointed with your matrix LED headlights only acting like standard LED headlights? This package has the tools and software coupled with a remote session to activate the full matrix LED and/or laser headlight functionality for your North American model to get the most out of your headlights. This only works with North American models that have factory fitted matrix LED headlights.  If you are unfamiliar with how matrix high beam functionality works please do watch the video below for more information.

VAS Interface Purchase - In the event that a future dealership visit wipes the activation(s) this can be re-activated at no labor cost.  The VAS interface is required for re-activating after a dealership visit that removes this functionality so it can be beneficial to purchase that interface for easier future re-activation.

VAS Interface Rental - If you choose to rent the VAS interface a $300 deposit will be held as an authorization on your payment method until the interface is returned.  Once the interface is returned within 15 days from date of departure the $300 deposit will be voided without the need for a refund. Note that VAS rentals are only available within North America.

Blue Laser Light Activation - When the blue laser light is activated the range of the high beams is extended through the use of the blue marker inside of the headlight.  The standard monochromatic laser is coupled with the activated blue laser beam which creates a wavelength of 450 nanometers.  That is then converted by a phosphor into soft light suitable for roadway use with a color temperature of 5500 kelvin which is ideal for the human eye reducing fatigue.  As an added bonus visible blue accent lighting is activated inside of the headlight.  This activation disables the orange side marker illumination.

Orange Side Marker Deactivation - Deactivating the orange side markers creates a cleaner appearance where the orange portion of the headlight will no longer illuminate.  Blue laser light activation automatically disables the side marker.

Maneuvering Lighting - Maneuvering lighting activates the door handle illumination around the vehicle in reverse for added lighting when it's dark outside which is especially useful using the 360 camera at night.

Re-Activation - In the event that a dealership wipes the activation(s) during a service or repair free re-activation is available for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

*Note that a Windows, Android or Linux equipped laptop/device with a USB-A port is required. Activation cannot be completed with a Mac laptop. Activation requires a stable non-cellular wireless connection while the laptop is in your vehicle during the remote process.
